The earth’s fury struck Nepal in 2072 BS, a magnitude of nearly 8 on the Richter scale. In the heart of the Himalayas, Gorkha District witnessed the worst – communities shattered, hope buried under rubble. The suffering etched on the faces of my countrymen ignited a fire within me. I couldn’t stand by.
Knowing time was of the essence, I joined forces with “Helping Hands for Himalayan People.” Together, we became a lifeline, channeling resources to Gorkha. Food, water, and shelter – the most basic necessities became our mission. We distributed medical aid, a balm for the wounded, a sliver of hope amidst the devastation.
